Remote care must never delay urgent care.

Ambulant+ resources should support safe behaviour, not self-diagnosis or false reassurance.

Use medicines exactly as prescribed.

Ask for clarification if the medicine, dose or instruction does not match what the clinician explained.

Do not share prescribed medicines with another person.
